*Per Township Regulations, this house sleeps 8 adults but an additional two kids under the age of 5 are permitted, for a total of 10*
The Space:
Walk into the master bedroom on the top level that holds a king size bed, full length mirror, dresser, and spacious walk in closet. This bedroom also has a full ensuite private bathroom.
Also located on the top floor you will find a calming office space with a desk and comfortable day bed to relax during a long day of work.
On the main floor you will find two guests bedrooms, a full bathroom, one living room, and the kitchen.
Walk into our first guest bedroom that has a king sized bed, full length mirror, chair, and a closet to hold all your belongings.
Right next door is our second guest bedroom that holds two queen beds, a full length mirror, and a closet to hold all your belongings.
Also located on this open main floor plan is a kitchen, dining room, and living room big enough to host all of your guests. The Kitchen is equipped with all the essentials you would need to stay in and cook for your family after a long day of exploring all that Traverse City has to offer. The living room has a large flat screen tv and furniture to relax.

Walk down the stairs to find the perfect place to relax and entertain all of your guests. Right when you walk down you will find a pool table along with selfs full of adult and kid games. Also in this open area you will find a second living room with a large flat screen TV, guitar, speaker, and a bar area equipped with a fridge and glasses to become your own mixologist.

The third guest bedroom is also located in the basement and holds a queen bed and a half bath across the hallway.
Lastly you will find a laundry room with a free washer and dryer.
