The apartment has the living room, kitchen and bathroom located on the first floor while the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. The house has been renovated with a lot of modern touches, but we were careful to leave some of its almost 100 year’s character. Expect squeaky stairs

While it has been tastefully renovated with modern updates—including mini split heat and air conditioning—please note that soundproofing was not a feature back then, so quiet hours are kindly expected and appreciated out of respect for all guests and neighbors.
