The master bedroom is located on the main floor and has a sliding door into the backyard! The other two bedrooms are upstairs.

The primary bedroom has a King size bed, and an office space.
The second level has bedroom number two and three along with the bathroom. Beddroom #2 has two full beds. Bedroom #3 has a twin over full bunk bed along with working space(desk and chair).
The basement has the game room and laundry room. The sofa in the game room turns into a bed for extra sleeping area. The laundry room has a washer and dryer.
Please note that the only bathroom in this property is on the second floor.
