No Unauthorized events allowed at the property.
1) Please book for number of guests that will be attending the property. This includes any visitors!! Automatic fine and charges will apply.
2) Pedal Boat, Kayaks and Paddle-boards are INCLUDED FOR YOUR ENTIRE STAY! They are left outside, please clean them as needed. Life jackets provided.
3) There are three security outdoor cameras. Looking out the front parking, ground level patio and dock (not the hot tub).
4) Firewood is not provided. You can easily get it from closest gas station and grocery store.
5) Please be respectful of the neighbors. Absolutely, no loud noise anytime. This is a residential area.
6) Printed copies of guest manual is provided at the property. Please follow the rules! For latest info always follow online link provided at time of booking.
7) Guaranteed early check in for 2pm available at $99. Free early check in depends on house availability.
8) Propane is not provided for the heater. If it is empty, please replace it with a full one as needed from gas station.

Summary: What an amazing place to just escape and relax. Absolute nostalgia with the dvd collection, hot tub, pool table, lakefront, super comfortable, what more could you ask for? The host responded right away and the whole process was seamless. Highly recommend, we’ll be booking this place again for sure!
