This cute cottage is located within walking distance from a 200 acre lake called, Clear Lake. Just like its name, the lake is crystal clear. It is up to 50 feet deep in some spots, has 3 islands, a sandy beach and boat rentals. This all sports lake is great for swimming, skiing, tubing and fishing. The lake contains many types of fish including: large and small mouth bass, blue gill, perch and walleye.
The cottage is also within walking distance of 2 restaurants/ bar and a party store that carries all the essentials. It is has easy access to 100's of miles of snowmobile and ATV trails. A short 8 mile drive into the town of West Branch gives you outlet shopping, grocery stores, antique stores, a cinema, many dining opportunities and small unique shopping experiences.
