Old style cottage on Devils Lake, all sports lake! This is an old style cottage with open ceilings upstairs and a closed off bedroom downstairs along with two twins on the porch. This cottage is not perfect and has many flaws as it has been family owned since the day it was built in 1943. There were lots of memories and fun times had here! Plenty of sleeping and a stocked kitchen, dock for your boats, and a sandy bottom for the kids to swim. This home has two window AC units, one up and one down. The downstairs cools off nicely, the upstairs will be hot on hot days and cool off at night. The great thing is, most of the time the nights are open window type of weather. This house is nestled on a nice quaint street where the kids can bike or ride their scooters. Come and enjoy the summer and beautiful sunsets on Devils Lake!
