You will love this updated cottage, just 8 miles from downtown Traverse City, a short drive to either Suttons Bay or Leland, and less than 30 minutes to Sleeping Bear Dunes. The kitchen was completely renovated in 2020 with new flooring, appliances, cabinets, Corian counters, and stainless sink. This cottage accommodates 6 guests, with 3 bedrooms (1 king and 2 queen beds) and 1 large bathroom. GUESTS MUST SUPPLY THEIR OWN SHEETS, TOWELS AND PAPER PRODUCTS.) Lake Leelanau has 23 miles of crystal clear water to explore and enjoy! It is ideal for swimming, boating, water sports and fishing. The cottage also offers air conditioning, gas fireplace, gas grill, picnic table, patio table and chairs, great room, dining room with seating for 6, snack bar for 2, gas range, dishwasher, microwave, full size refrigerator/freezer, large TV with Roku player, and wifi. All of this is located at West Wind Resort with 400 feet of lake frontage. The spacious resort property offers a playground for children, a basketball court, volleyball and plenty of space for other activities. There are 3 shared fire pits located on the water's edge, as well as a gazebo. The cottage is located 200' off of the water, you must cross the private resort driveway to access the water.
This cottage is ideal for travelers visiting the area for wine tasting, hiking, running and biking events, soccer and hockey tournaments, or a just a weekend getaway.
