This charming mid-terrace, double-fronted honey-stone cottage is an absolute gem. Not only meticulously presented with luxurious finishes, but also boasting wonderful character and features including exposed beams and stonework, window shutters, and an impressive inglenook fireplace with a contemporary wood burning stove. The marriage of old and new has been expertly curated, resulting in both cosy character, and light and bright aspirational living spaces, with a mix of marble and oak flooring underfoot, warmed by underfloor heating. The modern dining kitchen features an electric Aga along with high-end built-in appliances. Through to the relaxing sitting room, where evenings enjoying the wood burning stove await; whilst the lower level garden room is the perfect retreat for downtime during the day with its vaulted ceiling and bi-folding doors out to the York stone terrace and raised walled garden beyond.
Upstairs, both double bedrooms are generous, with the principal bedroom featuring dual aspect windows and large floor to ceiling wardrobes with dressing area. The bedrooms are served by a contemporary family shower room with a double walk-in shower; and an additional WC is located downstairs in the utility room.
Outside at the rear, the well-stocked, walled garden is reached via stone steps from the terrace; with a further raised terrace with garden furniture and use of a table-top barbecue.
