Positive: Excellent location to visit Leeds & surroundings Garden & parking in the area is a big plus Good working Wifi Decent equipped kitchen. Quiet neighborhood

Negative: The overall cleanliness of the house was fine, but the cooker hood could really use a deep clean. There isn’t a proper table with chairs, for eating indoors. We were lucky with the weather and could enjoy our meals outside, but I can imagine this being an issue during colder times of the year. Also, it was a bit tricky to adjust the water temperature in the shower.
