- Three-bedroom, Villa Juliet, (sleeps 6-7) has two first floor bedrooms (queen bed, full/twin bunk and an upstairs loft (queen bed)
- Two bedroom, Villa West, (sleeps 4 - 6) has one first floor bedroom (queen bed, twin day bed with pull out twin trundle) and an upstairs loft (queen bed)
Three-night minimum. Sorry, no check-in or Check-out on Saturday, Sundays, or holidays June through September. Villas are cleaned on the day of check-out between 10:30 am and 5:00 pm.
Pet rules:
1 dog considered per reservation, $75 dog fee per reservation, waiver must be signed:
-NO DOGS ON FURNITURE
-Please remove excess water/mud/dirt from your pet before entering the Villa or other public space.
-Dogs must be under control at all times. They are welcome to be off-leash as long as they do not wander out of your area or bother other guests, residents, or horses.
-Excessive barking will not be tolerated (we will ask you to leave).
-Dogs poop. It is your responsibility to clean up any of your dog’s poop from grass, sand, patio areas, and obviously from inside the Villa.
-If any pet demonstrates aggressive behavior toward another dog or a person, you will be asked to leave the property immediately.

Guest check-in is private and electronic.
The Neighborhood:
The location is very private on a country road, but minutes from the small town of Bangor. The villa are surrounded by an active horse farm. While visiting the horses is not an offered amenity, they provide a beautiful view!
