Stargaze cottage backs up to over 50 acres of bird & wildlife sanctuary. perfect blend of open space for stargazing, yard games, cooking out or relaxing; wooded lot on one side and wildflower patch on the other. great area for biking and the lake is just 1 street over. Doggy door to fenced area so you can enjoy the yard without them missing out on the fun. Screened in porch/eating area, covered porch, and fire pit as well. Hummingbirds, Eagles, and all sorts of wildlife in the area, but close enough to Clare, Gladwin, Cadillac, Harrison and Mt Pleasant to enjoy shopping and restaurants too. After a day of play, relax in the shower for 2 complete with bench seat to give your feet a rest! And the driveway is big enough to bring your toys if you are heading out to the many trails in the area. Snow snake ski resort and rocks and valleys ORV park is just 13 miles away. 2 adult size bikes, inflatable paddle boards, inflatable kayaks, corn hole, lounge chairs , park grill, hammock and private reading tee pee are just a few things available for your enjoyment.
Kitchen includes~coffee maker, French press, toaster, microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator,dishwasher…also full size washer and dryer.
Bathroom has a heated floor, shower for 2 with bench , Plenty of towels & wash clothes & storage areas for your convenience.
