About the property
The Old Stables, which is adjacent to a working dairy farm, is a cosy and comfortable getaway with everything you will need for a group holiday with your nearest and dearest. Enjoy dining alfresco and playing games in the delightful garden, all before retreating indoors for an evening of relaxation in the open-plan living space, complete with a cosy wood-burning stove. Should you wish to explore the area, Worcestershire city centre, the Cotswolds and a range of family-friendly attractions including West Midlands Safari Park are all within easy reach.
The space
Step inside the barn where you will be greeted by an inviting, open-plan lounge and kitchen. The kitchen features everything you will need to self-cater with ease. You will have access to an electric oven and hob, microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, a kettle and a coffee machine, while the dining table comfortably seats eight guests.
Meanwhile, the lounge is beautifully appointed with two sumptuous sofas, a cosy wood-burning stove and a Smart TV on the wall, ideal for socialising together or catching up on your favourite programmes. For some extra peace and quiet, head next door to the separate snug, equipped with two sofas and another Smart TV, perfect for relaxing with your favourite book in hand.
The ground floor has underfloor heating and is complete with a handy utility room with and an adjoining shower room.
There are four comfortable bedrooms on the first floor, each decorated with calming colour tones and sumptuous soft furnishings. There are two bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, one of which has a super-king-size bed and another with a king-size bed. A further two bedrooms feature twin beds and bunk bed and both have access to the hallway bathroom with a shower over the bath.
Outside, there is a large lawned garden, beautifully landscaped with seasonal blooms and equipped with garden games to enjoy in the sunshine. There is also a BBQ with one free bag of charcoal, a dining table and rattan seating.
You will also have access to The Barns Games Room which is shared with the adjacent barn and complete with table football, darts, table tennis, as well as badminton and many other family games.
