Positive: Beautiful cottage in a quiet location yet within short distances of nearby towns and attractions. Great for National Trust properties and Hever Castle. Generous bedrooms with lovely ensuites. Warm and cosy. Lovely garden and great hosts. Super clean, too.

Negative: Description is somewhat misleading. Accommodation is ground floor only. The entrance hall doubles up as the kitchen. Two-ring stovetop cooker is ok for occasional cooking (no oven though). Biggest disappointment is the so-called "dining area" - this is nothing but a small table and two chairs in the corner of one of the bedrooms. Ok if you use it for sleeping only or if you only occupy one of the rooms, but nowhere to seat more than two people comfortably.
