Welcome to the Shequila Shack located just off of M-38 in Alston, MI. Just 1.1 miles from the Church in the Valley (Formerly the Village Bar). Minutes from snowmobile and side by side trails. Plenty of nearby rivers and lakes for fishing, boating, swimming, & floating! Public Hunting Land within a few miles.
The cabin is a 2 room cabin with a queen size bed with a twin loft bed above (200 lb limit). No running water, Water source is 1.5 miles away. Outhouse and Sauna behind the cabin.
Outdoor Firepit with Pergola. Summertime there is a swing set, Trampoline, and Sand Play area for kids.
Outdoor Kitchen available in summer.
Outdoor Shower House Available in Summer only.
The outhouse is the only bathroom on the property.
Sauna available Year around for bathing. Water has to be hauled by you in the 5 gallon water jugs provided. Water is located at the Alston Town Hall. Water spicket is located on the road side of the building. Sauna is wood fired. DO NOT start the fire in the shoot area of the stove. The wood and fire need to be all the way inside the stove at all times. The stove opening is located on the back side of the sauna.
This property currently has 2 cabins and a camper pad. All out door areas are shared April-Nov. During the winter months, cabin owner may stay in the other little cabin at times.
