This stunning beach house is situated within a gated community, the home has been fully updated and includes three finished floors with lovely modern interior design and plush linens throughout. It's an impressive three story home with plenty of large windows nestled in a private, wooded lot. The home is a 5 minute walk to a private beach and includes a golf cart, boogie boards, kayaks and stand-up paddle boards and more!
The Space:
The modern kitchen comes complete with drip and Keurig coffee pots, a plethora of pots, pans and cooking utensils, many serving pieces and varieties of tableware and glassware. The kitchen with two eating areas and barstools opens to a comfortable living space including a flat screen TV, which flows outdoors to a lovely furnished deck opens with a fire table and gas grill. Upstairs there is a spacious, private en suite primary king bedroom along with another private queen bedroom and separate full bathroom. On the lower level of the home is a full bathroom and a very large bunk room that sleeps 8 on individual, stacked twin built-in bunks! Also on the lower level, relax on the cozy sectional and enjoy the large TV, ping pong table and indoor shuffleboard.

The home allows for up to 4 vehicles parked (2 in the driveway and 2 in a gravel parking pad in front), parking space is tight and there is NO parking within the garage.
Please observe neighborhood quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please note, the Murphy Bed is locked and not available for guests due to fire code restrictions.
