Situated in a lovely leafy quiet part of Silverleaves where you can go for nature walks or stroll to the peaceful Silverleaves beach. A cosy studio in a barn style building with a quaint garden setting, for two people, ground level, one Queen bed, Shower, couch, table, TV, reverse cycle heating & cooling. Kitchenette with coffee machine, microwave, toaster, small fridge (no cooking). Features a private separate entrance and parking onsite

GUEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS/HOUSE RULES/STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES NO PARTIES!
GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.
