Positive: Excellent value. Comfortable room. Good shared facilities - kitchen, lounge, bathroom.

Negative: No advance information on how to access the property & no-one there on arrival - had to phone the owner & wait for him to arrive, although another resident let me into the communal areas so I didn't have to stand outside.

Summary: Excellent value for money & just what I needed for a simple overnight stay.
