This stunning 2-bedroomed property is Grade II Listed and was originally built as a dower house in the 18th century, now offering luxurious and tranquil accommodation - feel the wow factor the moment you step through the gate into the private and exquisitely kept gardens.

The property is a beautiful mix of 'old meets new' with touches such as underfloor heating and a Sonos sound system that compliment the vintage sash windows and fireplaces.

The immaculate gardens welcome you in from the private gate on Marygate. A wonderfully spacious area complete with outdoor seating area and barbecue that's just perfect for socialising in the warmer times of the year.

Stepping into the property you will find the amazing house kitchen complete with Aga oven, Siemens combi oven and microwave, dishwasher, wine cooler, Nespresso machine and all the amenities you'd expect to find in a property of this quality.

There are a couple of dining options in the property with a fitted bench and chairs in the kitchen itself or within the dining room itself if you prefer a more formal setting to seat up to 8 for dinner.

On the ground floor of the property you will also find the Georgian style living room complete with two sofas, coffee table and decorative fireplace. There's a Smart TV or some traditional board games to take you pick from.
