Located around the corner from the new public boat launch & public access, great for putting your boat in, launching kayaks or dropping a pole in the water. This house could also be a great location for a weekend stay for family visiting their kids at nearby Hope College.

Our home sleeps 8 in bedrooms, but a twin trundle mattress could sleep a 9th person comfortably. The house is nearly 1900 square feet.
Sit out on the three-season room and enjoy the activity and feel the breeze while enjoying a cup of coffee.
An open family room is just inside with comfortable seating for 5.
A dining table comfortably seats 6 with leaf.
The kitchen is newly updated and features a center island, quartz counters, cabinets, and new appliances. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, pots, pans, cups, and plates. There is also a coffee maker and a Keurig-style coffee maker.
The main level half bath is recently updated and also includes a full washer and dryer for your use.
The back room features a leather reclining sectional and a 55 inch Roku TV (login not provided). Wifi is available throughout the house and into the backyard.
The upstairs had three comfortable bedrooms (All linens and towels provided). Open up the brand new windows on the top floor to enjoy the lake breezes. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and a electronic sit/stand desk in case you need to get some work done.
Bedroom 2 has 2 queen beds and a matching dresser, while bedroom 3 has two twin beds and an additional twin trundle mattress.
The full bathroom on the top floor has a combo shower/tub.
Enjoy the evenings in the backyard around the new fire pit. There is also a gas grill available for your use.
The backyard also has space available to store your kayaks and canoes, while the driveway could easily accommodate a small boat on a trailer.

A brand new kayak launch, boat launch and fishing dock is just around the corner (2-3 minute walk).
Enjoy Virginia Park with a playground, tennis courts and basketball court (5 minute walk)
There is a Gastropub and convenience store just 2 blocks away.
Enjoy the shops of downtown Holland which is only 10 mins away by car or about a 5 mile bike ride on paved sidewalks along South Shore Drive. Alternatively visit downtown Saugatuck which is only 15 minutes away.
A number of beaches are also nearby:
Holland State Park and Tunnel Park are 20 minutes away around Lake Macatawa.
Oval beach is a 20 minute drive south while two other smaller beaches are just 10 minutes away (Saugatuck state park and Laketown beach).
