Stable Lodge is situated 6 miles from Canterbury on the edge of the picturesque village of Petham. Within a conservation area and a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Petham boasts a stunning downland location.

Summary: My husband and I had a wonderful few days in this wonderful property, made all the better by Louise’s warm hospitality. We’d booked before my husband started using a wheelchair, and although it was a little tricky getting through one doorway and into the kitchen, Louise arranged for the downstairs twin bedroom to be turned into a superking bed which made things so much easier for us. The house is incredibly well equipped, clean, and the beds comfortable. The garden and pool was the real highlight. It’s a huge garden that would be wonderful for kids. We had some friends join us for the sunny last couple of days and we enjoyed the solar heated pool and even had dinner in the pool house. Overall a great experience.
