Woodland Lodge is a spacious and modern three-bedroomed lodge with wrap-around private decking set in the grounds of a beautiful old manor house at St Minver Holiday Park, near Rock. St Minver sits just a few miles from the Atlantic Coast and is surrounded by stunning Cornwall landscapes.
The lodge is situated in a quiet, corner plot which shows off the idyllic and picturesque area of the woodland park. It’s luxurious accommodation can sleep up to six guests in three bedrooms – master bedroom with a king sized bed and walk-in-wardrobe, ensuite bathroom and wall-mounted TV, plus two twin bedrooms with an additional family bathroom. It has double glazing, central heating and a flame effect electric fire in the cosy open-plan lounge. There is a spacious family dining area equipped with all the appliances needed for easy meal times. The kitchen also includes a dishwasher and washer/dryer. To accommodate alfresco dining in the summer months, there is a good sized veranda adjoining the lodge with dining table and chairsa. There is private parking just outside the front of the lodge for two cars. There is limited wi-fi available within the lodge too and full wi-fi available at the club house. Linen is provided including bath, hand towels and bath mats, however, beach towels are not provided and you should therefore bring your own. Pets are also allowed to stay at this lodge with a small additional charge of £25 per pet. It is especially a perfect haven for dog walkers as there are many beautiful scenic walks and trails nearby. Limited wi-fi is available in the lodge with full wi-fi available in the club house.

There is a convenience shop on site which is near the reception area. Also on site is the swimming pool, clubhouse and other activities. There is usually children’s and adult entertainment provided by the Parkdean resort. To use these facilities passes need to be purchased but the owner of this particular lodge is offering these included in your stay. It should be noted that the shop, swimming pool and entertainment does close at the beginning of November and re-opens in March. However for Christmas/New Year and February half term they are all available.
