NO ELECTRIC CARS MAY BE PLUGGED INTO OUR GARAGE OUTLETS DUE TO POTENTIAL CIRCUIT OVERLOAD. THERE ARE CHARGING STATIONS IN PETOSKEY.

Lakeside Club Condo Complex. 3440 N lakeside Dr# 69, Petoskey MI 49740, on the shores of Round Lake. Overlooking ponds and woods. Relax on the private white sand beach, two tennis/pickle ball courts, indoor pool, and hot tub. Round Lake is an all-sports lake and the paved public launch is very close to the complex. Please note: NO trailers, boats, or snowmobiles on property.

The Petoskey State Park is a short walk/bike ride across the street. We even have a selection of OLD used bikes waiting in the garage for you and your family! Beautiful trails filled with wildlife will take you into either Petoskey, or Harbor Springs. There, you will find unique shops, boutiques, and restaurants.

World-class golf abounds with over 30 courses within a short drive. Skiers have their choice of Boyne Highlands or Nubs Nob-a short 5-10 min drive. Historic Mackinaw Island is 45 minutes away, the sand dunes of Western Michigan are just over an hour and Traverse city is approx 1.5 hours hours drive. All great day trips.

Number 69, across from tennis courts, is a second-floor unit (NO elevator). Approximately 1600 square feet with 3 large bedrooms. Master suite has sitting area, king bed pillow top, and en-suite bathroom with stall shower and Jacuzzi tub. Second bedroom has 2 full-sized beds, (memory foam, pillow topper) and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower. Third bedroom has two twins and a fold-out, full-sized sleeper sofa with new memory foam mattress. Each bedroom has full bathroom with tub/shower. PLEASE NOTE: Second & third bedrooms have soaring ceilings with skylights (NOT shaded). You will want to get up early to maximize all that the area has to offer. At night, you may even be able to see stars from the comfort of your bed. All linens provided, but PLEASE BYO beach towels. Kitchen, while NOT updated, is fully equipped with virtually everything that you need including utensils, cookware, some bakeware, crock-pot, cutting boards, and a standard 12 cup Mr. Coffee style coffee maker. Washer and dryer in unit next to 3rd bedroom. Free Wi-Fi. Please note: We strive to give you all of the comforts of home. ONLY Initial starter supply items of paper products, soap, and other misc. items are provided. There is no daily housekeeping service, so you may need to buy additional items if you run short.

****NO SMOKING OF ANYTHING ALLOWED IN OUR UNIT, THE DECK, OR THE GARAGE. PERIOD.

****This includes ALL combustibles, electronic devices, AND marijuana (medical or otherwise).

****NEVER THROW ANYTHING OVER THE BACK DECK. PERIOD. WE HAVE NEIGHBORS DIRECTLY UNDERNEATH US AND THEY DO NOT APPRECIATE IT.

***Also, please note: it is generally understood in a family-oriented condo complex with seniors and young families, that a ‘quiet policy’ (i.e NO loud partying on decks, NO loud music blasting) after 9 pm is standard. Please adhere to this.

**** YOU MUST OBSERVE POSTED POOL & HOT TUB RULES & REGS. THIS INCLUDES ALL PUBLIC HEALTH MANDATES. NO ALCOHOL OR ROWDY BEHAVIOR. IF ANY VIOLATION, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE AND SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED. EXTRA FINES WILL BE IMPOSED IF YOU AND/OR YOUR PARTY CAUSES DAMAGE.
