This location offers access to a public launch down the road as well as short drives to all Houghton Lake has to offer. This modern cottage has been completely remodeled with everything new including toilet, shower doors, appliances etc. The sofa in the living room is a full size pullout bed. There are 2 porches on the front and back sides of the home with benches for those who want to enjoys the stars or just breath in the fresh Michigan air. Sit around the fire pit out back and enjoy a relaxing drink! The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cookware that you'll need during your stay. We make sure that each booking has fresh towels, along with extra blankets for the guest using the twin air mattress. Every inch of this home and items are completely sanitized after checkout and before the next group checks in. The lot has plenty of parking space that could fit 5 vehicles for example.
