The living room is cozy and stylish with a new queen sleeper sofa that converts to a master suite with French doors and summer curtain (this is where I would sleep) lay back and watch flat screen TV and have your private custom all newly tiled bathroom with whirlpool tub, walk in fully tiled shower with flat screen TV to watch from anywhere or listen to Pandora, stacked washer/dryer. 1/2 bath near kitchen with all new fixtures and tile. Dining room has table to seat 8, sitting area by a window up front. New kitchen island bar height, seats 4, plus plenty of room to hang.TV WiFi, all new stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, electric stove and dish washer, fully stocked for your convenience, also provided Keurig carafe and single cup coffee maker with coffee, teas and cocoa, blender, microwave, toaster, spices, dishes, glassware, flatware , cooking and grilling utensils, paper and plastic ware, & paper towel.
The kitchen has new slider that opens to a new extended, one level grey cement patio to sit and have coffee and people watch, grill out with with a 4 burner Weber grill and 6' table with seating. Beautifully landscaped back yard with a cement artsy patio in back with gas fire table, comfortable cushioned seating and bar with stools. Shade sail on both patios, just pick your zone for dining and entertainment, also 2 fountains for soothing ambience. Bird feeder to attract birds and wild life to watch. Two car driveway parking and legal over night street parking. Just installed a beautiful privacy curtain for each bedroom up stairs. BACKYARD TOTALLY FENCED IN FOR PETS AND CHILDREN.
