Walking distance to marina, party store, hardware store and restaurant. Close to grocery store and numerous restaurants. Several golf courses fairly close. 30 minutes from Traverse City and 20 minutes from casino. Coin operated laundry within approximately 8 minutes. Non-smoking. Pet-free. Close to Torch River.
