The resort includes year round excitement including 5 golf courses, skiing/snowboarding, alpine tubing, chair lift rides for fall color tours, trails, and an indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub. You will also have access to the Lake Bellaire Beach Club. The town itself has unique shops and great local food and beverage options. Bellaire is also near popular destinations including Traverse City, Petoskey, and Charlevoix.

Our condo includes access to:
1. The Private Beach Club with a beautiful sandy beach. This is a short drive, < 2 miles. At the Club there is a pavilion, gas grills, bathrooms, kitchen, play ground, boat dock, and lounge chairs. There is free public boat launch right next to the beach club.
2. Additional parking area for trailers, boats, etc.
3. Heated outdoor pool (seasonal), and heated indoor pool and hot tub at Lakeview Hotel. This is a short 5 minute walk from the condo. There is also a heated indoor pool and hot tub at Schuss Mountain Lodge.
4. Free and safe resort shuttle that runs between properties and to downtown Bellaire.
