LOCATION
Moonah Woodlands Resort is a short 10 min walk to the Blairgowrie beach or a 2 min drive in the car to the Blairgowrie shops and the Rye City Centre which has a range of shops, cafes and restaurants are close at hand and are no more than 3 minutes away by car. Nestled between the Front and Back Beach, the drive is no longer than 3 to 5 minutes in either direction.
We are so well positioned that we are just an 8 minute drive to the Peninsula Hot Springs and several world class golf courses such as Moonah Links Golf Club. Mornington Peninsula wineries, Dromana Drive-In, Arthurs Seat Mountain and skylift, Enchanted Maze are also all within close reach

The 3 downstairs bedrooms offer a double bed each with their own private full ensuites with shower, toilets and wash basins. Upstairs are a further 3 bedrooms, all with queen beds and each of these bedrooms have their own balconies. Each bedroom has electric heating. The spacious family bathroom is located upstairs with a full bath, shower and toilet and there is an additional shower and toilet adjacent to the laundry downstairs. THE POOL AREA, GARDENS AND OUTDOORS SPACES
The showpiece focus of this alluring property is the award winning fully fenced solar heated pool and its lavish surroundings. Set amongst a private backdrop of beautiful trees, guests can bask in the sun or under an umbrella on a variety of lounges and sunbeds. The pool area is fully fenced with glass fences on three sides with gates and the fourth side has posts with wire mesh - the pool safety standards have been approved by Council and meet Australian Standards for fencing and pool safety. Take an outdoor shower amongst the secluded native shrubs, and join your family and friends for a poolside BBQ and dine at the expansive poolside dining table. There is another BBQ that is available for you to use on the deck that opens up from the living area. A stroll around the grounds with a glass of wine reveals hidden seats and secret gardens. There are several decks on the property that you are welcome to use for morning coffee, alfresco dining at the pool or sunset drinks on the back deck overlooking the gardens

We have a strict NO PARTIES policy and no we do not accept ‘Schoolies’ or any type of party or event. Gatherings involving people other than those staying at the house, anti social behavior and / or loud music late at night are not allowed and will result in forfeiture of the security bond and a request to vacate the premises immediately.
PARKING:
There is ample driveway parking for boats, jet skis and cars. Parking is available in the driveway for up to eight cars. off street parking is not permitted
PET POLICY:
This is property is unsuitable for pets - strictly no pets allowed
