This 2nd floor (no elevator) studio condo is located in the Summit Village on Shanty Creek Resort. All guests have use of the Summit Village Beach Club.
Enjoy an affordable get-away at this furnished efficiency studio. This unit will give you beautiful accommodations at one of Northern Michigan's popular Golf and Ski resorts. Bellaire is in the heart of "Vacation Country", just 45 miles NE of Traverse City. Really close to Torch Lake too. Depending where you go, 16-30 minutes.
The unit has a queen murphy bed, a queen size pull-out couch, a full kitchen and wireless internet from the resort. The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans for simple cooking and dishes for 4.
Be sure to reach out to me about long term rental pricing. I have stated 10%-15% for weekly or seasonal, but I can and will do better depending on the time of year and length of stay. Daily rates won't apply.
