With four bedrooms: two king size, both en-suite, one double; one double/twin; two further bathrooms (ample hot water), cosy yet spacious lounge, log burner, wifi, freesat tv, large fully equipped dining kitchen, utility/drying/boot room, two entrance halls, large south facing garden/patio area with gas bbq & garden furniture, Manor cottage provides the perfect, idyllic destination for your country break.
The lounge with log burner, smart tv with freesat, dvd player and luxurious pillow back sofas is the ideal place to chill out after a day in the fresh country air.
The large fully fitted dining kitchen with 10 seater farmhouse style table allows your group to relax and dine whilst browsing the local information, maps and walking guides.
The kitchen includes a five burner, double oven range, double Belfast sink, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and all the utensils we think you may need to cater for your group.
The utility/drying/boot room has a fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and plenty of space to dry your coats and boots.
Bedroom one is a king size with en-suite shower and a single luxury fold out chair bed.

A highchair, travel cot, stair gate & fire guard are all provided for the children. Up to two well behaved pets are allowed in the downstairs areas only. A dog bed and bowls are provided.
There is off-road parking for four cars and a garage for secure storage of bikes/walking equipment.
The garden has a large, south facing patio with breath taking views over Eyam edge. This is the perfect place to unwind in the sunshine, or enjoy a BBQ surrounded by wildlife friendly borders with a back drop of incredible Derbyshire countryside. There's even a herb bed providing a fresh supply for your recipes !
