The space
Our home features 6 bedrooms, each with its own unique charm. The master suite includes a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the pool area. The remaining three bedrooms offer queen beds, comfortable linens, and plenty of closet space.
The open-concept living area is ideal for gathering with friends or family. Enjoy your meals in the spacious dining room or outside on the patio with mountain views. The kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances, making it easy to prepare your favorite dishes.
Take advantage of the private pool and hot tub, perfect for lounging during the day or stargazing at night. The backyard is fully fenced, offering privacy and a secure space for pets.
Guest access
You will have full access to the entire property, including the private pool, hot tub, and fenced backyard. There’s also ample parking available, which includes a garage, gated driveway, and free street parking right infront of the property!
Other things to note
We welcome all your friends and families to join you on your vacation. Please note that while we do not charge an additional fee for pets, we kindly ask that they be kept off the furniture. A cleaning fee of $150 will be charged if pets cause any damage or if excessive pet hair is found.
Please be aware that we do not provide propane or charcoal for the BBQ grill. However, there is a local store just minutes away where you can easily purchase these supplies.
Lastly, as per city regulations, there is a complete prohibition on all loud music and sound systems outside. Outdoor music is never permitted to be heard from the exterior of the house. However, music can be played inside within an appropriate level.
