There is a Open Plan lounge diner and a galley kitchen with all the mod cons in and essentials. There is a smart tv in lounge and Netflix. This property has been recently renovated to a high standard.We take pride in the cottage offering a clean family home for you to enjoy your stay and to make some wonderful memories.Walking distance to rest with a beach of 1.5 miles. Nearby there is the oldest golf course In the UK. There are some wonderful coastal walks and amazing nearby villages such as Appledore and Instow. The beach is awarded as a blue flag beach and is 2 mile long. For families with children there is the big sheep less than 5 miles away. And there is also the Milky Way which is a 20 minute drive from the property. Need to Milky Way there is also the North Devon fabulous wake board park and at the Wakeboard Park they have inflatable slides and obstacle courses, you could also hire paddle boarding on the lakes.
