With sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests, our cottage is the perfect spot for a family vacation or a romantic getaway. And if you're looking to host a larger group, our second home is located directly next door and can sleep an additional 6 guests, bringing the total sleeping capacity to 12. The cottage's location is perfect for both summer and winter activities, with ice fishing just steps away on the lake, ORV hiking trails and the Hideaway Bar only 2 minutes away, and Boyne Mountain only a 35-minute drive. If you're looking for some excitement, Traverse City and all its festivities are just a 45-minute drive away.

The space Living Space: An open concept kitchen and living room with a cozy fireplace, new LG Smart TV, and a floor-to-ceiling window view of the lake with deck access.
Please note: we do not have cable, but we do have streaming services available.
Kitchen: The brand new kitchen is well stocked with everything a chef needs to feel at home (coffee maker, juicer, crock pot, air fryer, entertaining ware, etc.). All new stainless steel Samsung appliances, including a dishwasher. Plenty of storage for your groceries in the pantry space.
Patio: The patio has an outdoor dining area and grill overlooking the lake. Easy access for indoor/ outdoor living.
Bedroom 1: The primary bedroom has a king bed, two side tables, a spacious closet, and a workstation.
Bedroom 2: The secondary bedroom has two twin beds, a closet, and a shared nightstand. Downstairs Den (SUMMER MONTHS ONLY): The downstairs is a large den space with a custom live edge wet bar. The space is available via an exterior staircase; it is not accessible from the main living area.
Porch: The downstairs area has a screened porch with a view of the lake.
Exterior: Enjoy kayaking, swimming in the beautiful lake, a dock, and an outdoor shower.
PLEASE NOTE: The cell service in this area is spotty.
We do have WiFi and a workstation set up for remote work.
The house does have direct lake access with a dedicated private dock in the summer months.
The walk down is a little steep and only has a railing on one side; we recommend accompanying young children.
