South Dease Lake is waiting for you at our fully renovated Lakefront Guest Cottage (owner is next door) with 2-bedrooms. The living room with large windows has an awesome view of the sandy beach, lake and dock that are just a few steps off the deck. A 21 Foot Pontoon is available or you can bring your own boat. The private Boat Launch is conveniently located nearby and there is Trailer Parking available on the property. The deck has an outdoor table and chairs, swing and gas grill. The living room has a sofabed for additional sleeping. Guests can enjoy the convenience of 2 full bathrooms with a private primary bathroom. All appliances are new, fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave as well as new front load washer and dryer. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, ensuring a pleasant night's sleep. We purchased this little place next door and fully updated it just a few years ago, and we use it for family/friends overflow.
