The double fronted, end terrace cottage is situated in the centre of the village of Portinscale, just next to the village tearoom and just minutes from the local village pub and marinas.
On the ground floor you enter the property through the porch which offers space to hang jackets. The cosy beamed lounge has an Inglenook fireplace housing a wood burning stove, flat screen, smart TV CD. docking station, wifi and dining area.
The kitchen is a modern galley style, well equipped with electric oven and electric hob, fridge, microwave and dishwaser.
