Come and explore the Village of Pentwater and our beachfront community! Enjoy the shops, band concerts at the Village Green, Farmers Market and marinas of Pentwater, as well as water sports on Pentwater Lake and our sandy beaches on Lake Michigan.
The Hancock Lighthouse is a beautiful modern home in the Village just a short walk from downtown and the beach.
Our home sleeps 6, has a master bedroom with queen bed and full master bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. Please note fireplace in this bedroom is not usable. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. A second full bath is located off these 2 bedrooms. You will love the open floor concept kitchen/eating area with nook and spacious great room with vaulted ceiling and french doors to large private deck with patio furniture and a gas grill. The kitchen is fully stocked with all new appliances and new furniture in the great room. There is a separate dining/game room with games for kids young and old! Internet is provided and there are smart TV’s in the Great Room and all bedrooms.
The Hancock Lighthouse includes central air and a washer/dryer off the kitchen. An additional full size refrigerator/freezer in located in the 2 car attached garage. There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway. The front of the house features a screened in porch with porch furniture.
Feed the goldfish and frogs in the Lilly-pad lined pond in the backyard!
There are bicycles for our guests use and also beach chairs and umbrella for your short bike ride to the beach at Lake Michigan.
Linens Needed:
You will be expected to bring your own linens, or alternatively, can request to add these as guest option for additional fee of and they will be ready for you and your stay.
*Sheets and pillowcases for 2 Queens and 2 Twins, as well as bathroom and kitchen towels and washcloths.
The Hancock Lighthouse rents weekly, Saturday to Saturday during our summer season (mid June – Labor Day.
We encourage off season renter with a 3-day minimum stay for a reduced price so please reach out if you are interested!
