This is newly constructed home has deeded access to a private Lake Michigan beach! The deeded access has 60 steps down to the beach. The home is also located right on the edge and within walking distance to Cedar Point County Park. The park is approximately 2.5 acres and includes a shaded picnic area as well as 133 feet of sandy beach! The screened-in porch on this has two swings and seating for 16 people, you will spend lots of your time enjoying this space, and you can also hear the waves crashing on Lake Michigan from the porch. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off when you come back from a day at the beach. The children will love the secret playroom off of the kitchen, they can slide down to the room or take the ladder!

The main floor living room has a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping. This home is fully loaded with all of your favorite things; ping pong table, games, movies, pack n play, highchair, Alexa, secret playroom with toys, gas grill for outdoor cooking, and the most amazing porch! There is also a wood-burning fireplace on the porch for you to enjoy. The beach is within walking distance and the house has a kayak and stand-up paddle board available for your use. This is not a pet-friendly property.
