Gingko Cottage is a comfortable, well-presented and very affordable bungalow just a few minutes walk from Trentham village, and located in a quiet street just across the road from a park.
Ideal for up to 6 people, this home has three spacious bedrooms, all with queen beds, with panel heating for those colder nights. Guests can enjoy not one but two modern bathrooms including 2 toilets, which is a bonus for a period bungalow, allowing guests extra comfort and privacy.
The kitchen is modern and includes oven, fridge and microwave with lots of cupboard space and a six-seater dining room table, so the chef can cook up a storm and still chat to everyone. The living room is in the centre of the house and reflects the period style, with comfy chairs and the option for a wood fire in winter while watching TV.
A large garden area surrounds the house and is great for children. A deck at the back of the house and outdoor furniture means you can enjoy meals outside through the day or drinks in the evening while relaxing and unwinding.
Your well behaved pet is welcome and is allowed inside and outside, however, it is not allowed on the furniture including the bed. Please note this property is not fully fenced and it is your responsibility to look after your pet at all times.
