Overlooking the sea, and a 2 minute walk away from Cullercoats Bay and a plethora of local cafes and bars. A wonderful, newly renovated cottage with all of the amenities of home. Superfast broadband, smart TV's with Netflix, integrated kitchen appliances, underfloor heating, downstairs WC, and westerly rear courtyard garden. Nestled between the towns of Whitley Bay and Tynemouth and five minutes walk to the metro station for quick access to Newcastle city centre.
The space
Welcome to our beautiful cottage in Cullercoats. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.
Offering a family friendly open plan living space downstairs, with the added convenience of a downstairs WC. Upstairs you'll find two double bedrooms. Both with easy accessible USB charging points, wardrobe and drawers. You will find a hairdryer in the master bedroom. For a small fee, there is the option to have an extra single bed put up, but this is at the expense of the TV, as they will not both fit safely.
The modern bathroom comprises of bath with shower over, sink and toilet.
You will have access to the whole property, including the courtyard garden.
As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge freezer, hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher, and a microwave.
