This beautifully situated resort home has access to five star amenities including tennis & volley ball courts, waterslides, splash pads & a resort style walk-in pool. The Clubhouse has a Movie theatre style entertainment room with complimentary daily movies. There are Concession stores with hot snacks, cold drinks and ice-cream and the groceries you may need upon arrival. The fitness room is state of the art and has two TVs for your pleasure. New release movie rentals are available in clubhouse as well.

On the main floor of the home there are two comfortable living room areas, nicely furnished and with ample seating on the luxurious sofas. The home has one queen size bedroom on the ground floor, with full bathroom adjacent. Upstairs you have an enormous hallway with bedrooms tucked away in each corner of the house for maximum privacy. There are 2 king sized bedrooms with full en-suite bathrooms, along with a further King size bedroom. There are two children’s rooms. One room has two twins in calm pastel shades, the other has two sets of bunk beds with Disney movie themes including Transformers, Cars, Toy Story, Spider man and How to Tame a Dragon. A large family bathroom with double vanity, private WC and separate shower-over-bath round of the upstairs accommodation. The bedrooms are all equipped with new flat screen TVs, all with a full cable TV service, and “smart” streaming capabilities.
And of course, high-speed wi-fi throughout the home - for no additional charge!!
The main living room has a 50" plasma TV with DVD player, stereo and CD player. The bright and airy kitchen has been refitted, with new granite countertops and black stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped as is the rest of the home and overlooks the large pool deck area. There is a formal dining area as well as a breakfast table area. The family living room has new leather sofas and the house has 6 new pillow-top beds for your sleeping pleasure.
There is a separate utility room housing an oversized washing machine and dryer. This spectacular Orlando villa also has a games room on the ground floor boasting a pool table, and an air hockey table, lounging area, & pub table.
