Location location location - that's what Estuary View Apartment is all about. Near Deganwy's select waterfront, Estuary View has everything you need within walking distance. Enjoy the small but sheltered sand-and-pebble beach, or walk to Llandudno's South Shore beach and the majestic Great Orme limestone headland beyond. In the other direction you can walk (or cycle) off-road to the UNESCO world heritage site of Conwy town, with its spectacular castle and three-quarters-of-a-mile long town walls. You might never eat in staying here, with French, Chinese and Indian restaurants within strolling distance and a very smooth wine bar that attracts older, discerning clientele. Want more? The exclusive Quay Hotel and Spa boasts an indoor pool, bar, restaurant and lots of wonderful spa treatments. It's just across the way, located on Deganwy's salubrious marina development.
The apartment is on the second and third floors of the building above the shops and restaurants that make up the village's High Street. Busy during the day, the road becomes quiet during the evening and night in this upmarket coastal village! The views from the apartment are sensational, with the open sea visible to the right and Conwy's castle and the hills beyond to your left. The tasteful interior has recently been completed, making for a very relaxing and comfortable home in which you will enjoy your break.
Bedrooms: One double bedroom on the top floor. This is a king size bed but also can be changed into a twin bedroom as it is a zip link (please ask when booking if you would like this to be a twin). The views from this room are incredible. One twin room is also located on the top floor facing the rear of the apartment.
Bathrooms: The Bathroom is located on the lower floor (next to kitchen) There is a bath with shower attachment and screen, loo and a sink.
Kitchen: Well-equipped fitted kitchen with electric hob, oven, tall fridge freezer, washer/dryer and a dishwasher.
Sitting Room: Comfy seating for all guests, TV, DVD, BT Open View and electric fire. There is a large window with views over Conwy Marina, Conwy Castle, Snowdonia and the open sea!
Dining: Open plan with the sitting room there is a dining area with seating for all guests.
Garden: There is a garden but not really worth mentioning. It overlooks the backs of the restaurants and offers little privacy. The owners have gravelled it and put a small bench to sit on for those who insist!
Heating: The house has a combination of central heating and an electric fire in the seating room
Parking: There is private off road parking near the entrance to the apartment.
