At Phillips Point, your safety, leisure and fun are our first priority. We will be using utmost cleaning and sanitizing standards, and with over100 ft of lakefront as well as our beautiful woods behind us, there is plenty of room for social distancing.
Take a look at the picture of the cottage front window--you can see the lake it's so close, right on all-sports Intermediate Lake. As you walk in, you'll immediately feel the wonderful coziness. To the left is your fully-stocked kitchen, and to the right the living area which just received its new queen futon and twin pull out settee. Both areas have huge picture windows so you won't miss the gorgeous morning sunrises or watch little ones at the beach.
To help keep your little ones active, we have a wonderful big play set and lots of water/beach toys in the Toy House to play in the beautiful sandy-bottom water or in the sandy beach area. The water is very shallow for some distance.
Bring your boat and tie up to our dock or use our 5 seat peddle boat or 3 row boats. At night go crawfishing, watch the sky for meteors, roast s'mores around one of the fire pit, enjoy wonderful friends and family time, meet new friends, and make life-long memories.
Tuck in at night in one of the two bedrooms - one with a queen, the other having a bunk with a full bed on bottom and twin on top.
The full bath is with a shower stall.
There are fans; and in case of a chill, an electric ceiling heater.
There is also WiFi and Roku for TV.
**NOTE: Please bring your own linens; or for a nominal fee, our property manager will provide these if you let her know in advance. Blankets and pillows are provided.

MINIMUM STAY: Jun - Aug. 7 days; Mar - May and Sept./Oct. 3 days with additional $75 cleaning fee. Discounted rates during off-season and longer stays are available.
