The villa is located in a 4000 square meter plot, which offers privacy and calmness. A beautiful natural environment surrounded with magnificent flora (mediterranean plants and grey-blue stones). The 2 bedrooms and bed-sofa can accommodate 4 guests and an extra guest, respectively. The villa is furnished with high quality hardwood furniture and offers a fully equipped kitchen with the essential electrical and cooking appliances. The bathroom allots a laundry machine. In addition, the villa has a spacious parking area, a stone barbeque and a large wooden dining table with 12 seats. You can, also, dine at the stone-terrace while enjoying the abundant sea and mountain view.
