At the edge of the small coastal village of Nolton Haven, with its own rear garden overlooking open countryside, this is an ideal home for a relaxing holiday in any season. There is a wood burner in the living room and three comfortable bedrooms and a modern fitted kitchen. Across the lane is its larger ’sister’ cottage Meadowside.
In Nolton Haven you can enjoy a drink or a bar snack at the inn above the cove where a small stream flows out over the beach, which is good for bathing, sun seekers and sand castle builders. There is a small slipway here, rock pools to explore and fossils to hunt for. Above the beach is a small 150 year old Grade II listed chapel, perhaps the most westerly place of worship in the UK, and a warm welcome awaits visitors to the Sunday services.
