Positive: The Villa was very nice and the property was fantastic. Such a great location. Within walking distance to the local shops and Mt Beauty and the Kiewa River. However, there were a few minor issues with the Villa.

Negative: I sent a text message to the number provided in the information folder, asking why the Villa wasn't serviced. As stated in the information folder 'the Villa is serviced on stays over 4 days'. We were there for 6 nights and it was not serviced. I'm still waiting for a reply. There were signs that said not to wash the towels as they use a laundry service. We could have done with fresh towels. Also not able to use the ducted vacuum cleaner. Instructions to use would also be helpful. The oven door didn't close properly. Instructions to use gas oven would've been helpful too. Several lights not working.
