Men kan de woning opsplitsen in twee delen. De villa met drie slaapkamers heeft slaapgelegenheid aan 7 personen. Gescheiden met een dubbele deur is er een appartement op het eerste verdiep met slaapgelegenheid voor 4 personen. Dit appartement heeft een afzonderlijke ingang.
Buiten de verlofperiodes kan men het appartement afzonderlijk boeken.
