The beautiful Georgian town of Aberaeron is situated only a short drive away.

Access to locked storage for bikes, fishing equipment etc. Outdoor giant chessboard. Treehouse and decking with hammock, camp fire with outdoor cooking equipment. Free to roam the 10 acre smallholding and grassland. Outdoor facilities (excluding garden and patios) are shared with Hen Ffermdy cottage.
