Welcome to our cozy two-bedroom cottage located on all-sports McCollum Lake, in beautiful Curran, MI. Inside the cottage there are two bedrooms - bedroom one has a queen bed and storage for your clothing, the second has a bunk with a double on the bottom and twin on top, with a dresser for your belongings. The main living area has an entertainment set up with TV, DVD and sound bar across from a large, comfy sectional. A full kitchen stocked with tableware perfect for dinner inside or out on the large deck overlooking the lake. This cottage sits on 20 acres, 6 on the beach side and 14 in an outdoorsmen's paradise. Enjoy a large, sandy beach with fire pit on a lake known for its amazing fishing, kayaking and paddleboarding, as well as a sandbar the family will love. The backside of the property boasts a hunters dream of 14 wooded acres perfect for the seasoned outdoorsman. The cottage sleeps 4 or 5 creatively, with an open floor plan that allows you and your guests to enjoy an amazing time together. Outside of the cottage is a second fire pit perfect for late night s'mores, a grill & smoker and enough space for every game under the sun or star-filled night. Surrounding the cottage are picturesque winding roads, perfect for an early morning walk with your pup or a leisurely bike ride. Enjoy a round of golf at nearby Fairview Golf Club, tubing the AuSable River, miles and miles of ATV and snowmobile trails and fun Up North bars and restaurants in nearby Mio and Glennie. And for our winter lovers there is fantastic skiing, snowboarding and tubing nearby at Hanson Hills in Grayling or the very cool Seagull Club in Gaylord. This is the perfect spot to create lasting memories with family and friends.
