Immaculate one bedroom cottage on Grand Lake. Cottage sits smack dab on the lake with a private deck for enjoying the waterfront. Pull out couch located in living room to sleep a total of four. Adorable inside and out. The property has a 30 foot long private dock for boaters with easy public launch access just down the street. Bikes are provided for renter use in a shed on the property. Bed linens are included in the rental but towels are not included.
Cottage location on Grand Lake is great for a small family or couple. Sandy and shallow coastline is safe for small children and pleasant for everyone. The cottage faces south thereby receiving sun all day long.
Rogers City and Alpena are a short distance away providing movie theaters, miniature golf and go-karting as well as grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping.
