Blue Water Pointe: You will love this beautiful condo with it's views of Spring Lake and Barrett's Marina just outside your window. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony watching boats coming in and out of the Marina. Just across the bridge, downtown Grand Haven is a short 5 minute drive and close to the beach. INSIDE THE CONDO This beautiful condo is located on the second floor of the Lake Pointe Condos, there is an elevator to make loading and unloading easy. Bridge Pointe features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms as well as a private den area with a pull out sofa sleeper, which could easily be a bonus third bedroom. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet with beautiful built-ins, and a private full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. There is also a second full bathroom, and a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. The main living area is open to the the kitchen with a large island and eating area, and a large living room with access to a small balcony via a sliding glass door, which overlooks the Marina and Spring Lake. SLEEPING The unit sleeps 6. All Bed and Bath linens are provided. Master Bedroom: King bed with en suite bathroom Bedroom #2: Queen bed Den: Queen sofa sleeper EATING The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, and a standard drip coffee pot so you can stay in and prepare meals if you desire. The attached dining area has seating for six at the table as well as four seats at the kitchen island. PARKING There is one designated parking spot in the garage located in the first floor parking garage. Additional parking is available in the adjacent parking lot. THE LOCATION Enjoy all the fun of downtown Grand Haven including shopping, restaurants, mini-golf, charter fishing, walks along the Boardwalk, and of course the beautiful white sand beaches without the hustle and bustle of staying right downtown. Just a five minute drive across the Grand Haven Drawbridge, you will love exploring the quaint and quiet Village of Spring Lake as well. Bring your bikes and take a beautiful scenic ride around Spring Lake on the bike path, which runs right behind the Lake Pointe condos.
