Situated in the rolling hills at the top of the Platte River Valley on 6 acres of land within a mile of both the Platte River and St. Ambrose Cellars. This region offers hundreds of acres of State Land for recreational enjoyment.

It offers 64 miles of dunes and beaches along Lake Michigan, 2 islands, 26 inland lakes, and more than 50,000 acres of land and the infamous dune climb.
